We proxy certain instruments to the underlying instrument because the ESG and impact information that is relevant to the issuing public company, should be equally relevant to the bonds issued by that company. We think this is an acceptable approach because the issuances are giving the company more money to work with for its endeavors and therefore are tied to the company's improvement or furtherance of its activities over time.
